Open your Google Form.
Go to the Google Workspace Marketplace and search for "Smart Form Notifications".
Click Install and authorize the necessary permissions.
Click the puzzle piece icon (Add-ons) -> Smart Form Notifications -> Open Sidebar
Click New Workflow.
Name: Give your workflow a descriptive name (e.g., "Sales Alert").
Recipients: Enter email addresses. You can perform "Data Routing" here!
Example: If your form has a "Department" question, you can route emails based on the answer. (See Advanced Guide).
Email Content: Write your subject and body. Use the {{Variable}} chips to insert form answers dynamically.
In the workflow editor, switch to the Conditions tab.
Add a rule: "If [Question] [Contains] [Value]".
Example: "If [Budget] [is greater than] [5000]".
The email will ONLY send if this rule is true.
Need to pause notifications? Use the Global Settings in the sidebar to toggle the main trigger ON or OFF without deleting your workflows.
