Yes. If your form includes a "File Upload" question, Smart Form Notifications can attach those files directly to the notification email.

Yes. Open the "Global Settings" in the sidebar and toggle "Active Status" to OFF on your old form. This frees up your slot so you can enable it on a new form.

Absolutely. The add-on processes data directly within your Google account infrastructure. We do not store your form responses on external servers.
